Denise Wilkowski, ANTSEL President, gives starts your latest newsletter the title "… a personal look at leadership" and starts by saying: "Having recently attended the 'Leaders Forum' and having heard much rhetoric about 'leadership', I began thinking about what I have learned about leadership over the years. I became interested in taking on a leadership role way back in the late seventies, which probably makes me a dinosaur in the eyes of some of our young members."
